Stress is our nervous system's way to say "hey, somethings up!", but when it becomes chronic, it can really take a toll on our system. Sometimes we need to re-learn how to relax and shift our nervous systems into a state of rest and digest so we can settle, heal, and create change.

In my Nervous System Regulation sessions, you can not only identify your patterns for self-protection, but also learn how to become more self compassionate.
My goal is to make you feel supported, heard, and ambitious about applying these holistic tools to your every day life so you come out feeling more resilient to the life's inevitable stressors.

identify the states that your nervous system flows through to better understand how your NS protects you in triggering moments (and how to find your way back to regulation)

practicing holistic tools like yoga, relaxing breathwork, reiki, and meditation to help bring you into a more regulated state
