Bring a beach towel and feel free to bring an eye pillow or hand towel to cover your eyes, a small pillow for under your head/knees and a small blanket to keep you cozy during the meditation.
We have fifteen floats that are available on a first come basis. Classes fill up, so don't hesitate!
