OUR CLASSES

Alex is a Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT) with 300+ hours of training. Her background is Kind Yoga, meaning she encourages you to fully listen to your body and move at your own pace. The goal is not to look perfect, but to feel good. Yoga is a personal practice, and it is beautiful when practiced together. All classes end in savasana, where Alex comes around with essential oils (optional). Typically, she places her hands on the students' shoulders and head.

All hands-on assists are optional; Alex hands out "yes/no" cards at the beginning of class.

GENTLE

1 hour of gentle movement - every week

This is our longest regular yoga class. It is one hour of gentle flow with a relaxing end and optional hands-on assists in the comfort of a studio.

RESTORATIVE SOUND BATH

Fully let go as you move through each pose fully supported by blankets and bolsters -- one hour of pure relaxation and restoration.
