Join Alex Sequin & Norah Bourbon for a journey to the self. Held indoors by candle-light, we will drink tea, meditate, move, and journal as the moon rises. This is an evening of kindness to the self via reflection, yoga, live sound healing, and optional drumming/dance. My goal is to make this a comfortable space for women to feel heard + be vulnerable if they choose.
